A short note on how this site learns what’s useful.
Understanding what works
To see which work resonates and where the site could be clearer, I use PostHog analytics. It shows me which pages and pieces people explore, and replays of visits help me spot where the layout gets in the way. Anything typed into a field stays hidden, and the password-protected case studies are never included.
The chat
The chat is powered by DeepSeek’s AI model. I keep a record of the questions people ask so I can make the answers better, so it’s best to leave personal details out.
Where it’s kept
Analytics are stored in the EU, and your IP address is only used to estimate your country before it’s discarded. Replays are deleted after 30 days. No cookies are used, and if your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is recorded.
